I do not have a physical store, therefore, all items are sold - "As Is". THERE IS TO BE NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE. All sales are final. If you are a fussy buyer, please DO NOT buy from me. I have the right to substitute any item(s) with a similar one, or of similar value, if, the item(s) paid for, become(s) unavailable at the time of purchase. Immediate notification to you, the buyer, will be sent. If insurance is not gotten prior to shipping, any lost of package(s) or damage(s)/breakage(s) claim(s) incurred upon arrival, is to be proceeded at the discretion of the buyer. I will, however, provide the proof of postage, whenever possible. Please email me IMMEDIATELY if you require this information. You may then proceed with the claims procedure with your local Post Office. Once a package leaves my hands, the Postal Workers at the various entry and exit countries concerned, will be responsible for it. Therefore, please note that delivery time will vary from country to country. Please also note that I will NOT, under any circumstance, reimburse or pay for any taxes or any other form of duties incurred at the final destination. You, as the buyer, is solely responsible for that.
Please read my "FAQ" section for further information on the items I have in my store.
For now, I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENT. I DO NOT impose any extra PayPal fees to your final bill. But PLEASE NOTE THAT I CHARGE A ONE-TIME HANDLING FEE OF US$2 TO THE FINAL BILL. This goes towards paying for the bubble wrap and double layer cardboard boxes that I use to ship to you. (In most cases, I will try to double box the items whenever the size of the box would allow me to, to ensure that the merchandise would arrive safely to you.) Unlike the US Postal Services, the Singapore Post do not provide free Shipping Boxes to anyone here. So, I still have to buy the cardboard boxes to place your items in. Your final bill will only reflect:
(1) the price of the item(s);
(2) normal Airmail postage cost (included in the postage is the price of the Registered Article);
(3) US$2 handling fee;
(4) optional (but strongly recommended) Insurance.
SingPost do have specially priced boxes for weights that go by blocks of 5kg for very small items. This box is only for ordinary Airmail, but it is thin. For the SpeedPost Worldwide Courier (EMS service), they have bigger boxes for 10 and 20 kg. But this rate is more expensive than the ordinary Airmail. Although expensive, it is still a safer choice because the delivery time is substantially shorter. The boxes are also thicker, hence theoretically, they could absorb the impact from shocks or blows better if the box were to be 'abused' by the various Postal workers handling them. I would always reflect the cheaper postage cost to you i.e. via normail Airmail, unless you request otherwise. IF YOU KNOW OF ANY CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY SERVICE TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION, PLEASE INFORM ME BEFORE YOU HIT THE "Buy Now" BUTTON. I will try my best to accommodate your shipping request. Thank you.
